About AtOne

AtOne is an immersive meditation experience using the Oculus Quest virtual reality headset. The AtOne Technology enables you to customise your meditation experiences with choices of scenery, music, meditation and scents to transport you into a world of bliss and relaxation.

Our app aims to target anxiety, stress, recovery and lifestyle habits with meditations and visualisations. Several choices of scenery include real locations, virtual scenes, LED flicker lights.  Different relaxation music is chosen composed by Australian musicians and includes options of Himalayan bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, piano, flute, plants and Solfeggio frequencies.  Essential oils or Serenascent and sacred geometries, guided or non-guided meditations to make your experience as multi-dimensional or simple as you want.

Guided meditations range from 2 minutes to 25 minutes with an average time of 10 minutes.

Dashboards show changes in emotional state and reports on heart rate and heart rate variability measurements when using the Rhythm Heart Rate Band for biofeedback results.

Our vision is to improve the health, performance and consciousness of individuals, workplaces and sporting teams by providing an immersive experience that shifts people’s mindset into a  positive, new reality of higher potentials.
